What is your coverage area?

Our basic coverage area is Erie County, PA. We use a 5-mile radius from the Erie International Airport as our base rate coverage. There is a small fee for additional mileage, which can be seen on our website. Owners can also arrange for longer distance rides as available.

 

What hours are you available for transport?

Our normal hours are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm each day. Other hours are available on an as-needed basis.

 

Where can you take my pet?

We can take your pet wherever they need to go. The most common trips are to daycare, the vet, the groomer, or to another home.

 

Are pet owners allowed to ride along?

Our transport service is designed to help busy pet owners get their dogs/cats where they need to go. Our drivers can even wait at the vet for your pet if necessary. Owners that want to travel with their pet should reach out to make certain there is room in the van.

 

Are dogs placed in crates or seatbelts?

That is up to the pet owner. We have fully integrated, top of the line, Ruff Land brand kennels installed in our vans.  We also have safety belts for well behaved, harnessed riders in the back seat.

 

May I provide my own kennel?

Of course. Our driver will just need to know that in advance to make certain that the van is set up to accept additional crates.

 

How are the crates and vehicle disinfected and cleaned?

We use a professional grade, Vet approved, disinfectant (Kennel Sol) after each passenger. The vans are on a regular cleaning cycle as well to make certain that pets are safe and comfortable for every ride.

 

Is your company insured?
